Conveniently located in the heart of the White mountains is The Winterbrook.
A beautiful three-bedroom two bath home with enough room for the whole family to relax. The Home features a large fully stocked modern kitchen and built in dining area that can comfortably seat up to eight. Gather in the large family room with gas fireplace or enjoy the fresh mountain air on the rear deck with gas grill, or by the fire pit. The Winterbrook offers a first floor master bedroom with queen bed and adjacent master bathroom with a claw foot soaking tub. The upstairs bunk room is the perfect space for the kids with a full bed and two single beds. Across the hall is the third bedroom with a queen bed and private work/ desk area. The homes oversized entry room and laundry room are great spots to drop all your gear after a day of fun in the mountains.
This home is the perfect option for anyone looking to take advantage of the unlimited outdoor activities that the Waterville area has to offer. Skiing, hiking and mountain biking at Waterville Valley, Loon and Cannon Mountains are all within a half hour drive of the home. Golfing is close by at The Owls Nest (2 Miles) or Waterville Valley (12 Miles). Explore the endless trails, rivers and swimming holes or visit one of the areas many attractions such as Clark’s Trading Post, Whales Tail Waterpark, The Flume and the Polar Caves.

Winterbrook is a lovely property.Welcoming, clean and private.Very well maintained with all necessities available.Our son got married at the Owl’s Nest Resort and the home was nearby and easy to get to and from.Highly recommend!!
