Riley was very responsive and communicative from the start, handling all of my questions quickly. The house was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed.We did experience a couple of issues during our stay, but they were addressed promptly. Unfortunately, the refrigerator stopped working on our first day. A repair technician and then an appliance specialist came over the course of two days which was inconvenient since we had to rearrange our excursions and lost some food. We were not able to cook as much as we normally would. We also have to buy coolers and ice to preserve the remaining food. A new small refrigerator was provided within two days. One night, the smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors repeatedly went off, instructing us to evacuate. We ended up calling 911 so firefighters could confirm everything was safe, even though we suspected it was a malfunction with one of the alarms, which it was. Despite these issues, we enjoyed staying and did appreciate how quickly everything was resolved.
