We booked our trip through the Hotels.com app, received the confirmation email but when we got to the hotel they had no record of reservation. Not a problem however luckily they still had a room.
Best-Western was nice, and clean, although it did have a strong chemical smell. Staff were very welcoming, asked questions about our stay, made recommendations about places to visit. Breakfast the next morning was very busy but there were many choices available. Pancakes, bagels, muffins, and fruit.
After checking out we noticed that we were charged through Hotels.com as well. I called the Best-Western and they were able to take care of the issue right away. They mentioned that third party apps often show up later then the check in day.
