Casa Mayor is located just half an hour by car from the airport and Palma, in Dalt de Sa Rapita on Mallorca’s south coast—a quiet area close to the sandy beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, and Ses Salinas (1,900 m, about 6 minutes by bike). The natural stone villa faces south and offers a heated private pool and a large, secluded plot. Sun loungers, a large parasol, an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with patio furniture, and a Weber gas grill are at your disposal. The rooftop terrace, accessible from outside, features two sun loungers, a lounge set, and views stretching to Es Trenc beach.
The spacious 50 sqm living room is newly furnished. The house provides high-speed internet, smart TVs (65", 50", 27"), and a soundbar. The kitchen is newly equipped with high-quality appliances. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. All windows and the patio door have new insect screens; kitchen and bathroom windows are also barred. The house is secured by an alarm system.
Pool and pool area use is at your own risk. The property has solar panels and a wallbox; charging e-bikes is possible. Two bicycles are available free of charge. Pool heating (max. 26°C) and wallbox use are available for an extra fee. Pool heating can be requested from April to October. Freshly made bed linen, towels, and beach towels are included.

Great villa but...
Very nice villa, pool, interior and kitchen: all great! But there is construction site across the street. They hammer, nail and drill from 7:30 tru 17:30, monday to saturday..we received a compensation...but unfortunately it was just too loud and so we couldnt enjoy the stay despite the nice villa...but thank you anyway.
