Two-storey country house. On the ground floor there is a living room and a kitchen with a dining table. There are also two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom that share a separate bathroom and a shower room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower-room. This bedroom has access to a small terrace overlooking the surrounding area.

Tolles Objekt mit kleinen Kompromissen

Wir haben acht Tage als Gruppe von fünf Personen in der Finca verbracht. Sie ist gut zu erreichen, da auch bei Google Maps zu finden… der erste Eindruck nach dem Betreten des Hauses trübt zunächst das Gesamtbild. Es wirkt düster und lieblos eingerichtet. Sobald man allerdings die Fensterläden öffnet, ändert sich das Bild und es ist ein gewisser Pragmatismus in der Einrichtung zu erkennen, allerdings fehlt es an nichts. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur nachts, was absolut wenig Sinn ergibt. So ist man gezwungen, bei extremen Temperaturen mit eingeschalteter Klimaanlage zu schlafen. Hier wurde jedoch Abhilfe durch das Einschalten von FeWo und anschließendes Hinzukommen des sehr bemühten Besitzers geschaffen. Wohlgemerkt gegen einen zusätzlichen Aufpreis. Diesen negativen Umstand machte der traumhafte Swimmingpool definitiv wiedergut. Er ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und das Salzwasser ist perfekt abgestimmt. Er ist der Mittelpunkt zum Verweilen in dieser Finca. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in dieser Finca und würden sie erneut buchen.
