Minha estadia no hotel foi simplesmente maravilhosa! A localização é perfeita, próxima ao centrinho turístico, mas ainda assim tranquila, ideal para quem quer descansar. O quarto estava impecável, super limpo e aconchegante, com uma vista linda das montanhas. A cama era extremamente confortável, garantindo noites de sono revigorantes. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos da experiência: grande variedade de opções, incluindo pães, frutas frescas e pratos típicos da região, tudo muito saboroso. A equipe do hotel merece destaque – todos foram extremamente atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar e dar dicas sobre passeios e restaurantes locais. A área comum também é encantadora, com uma decoração acolhedora e espaços perfeitos para relaxar, como o jardim e a sala com lareira. Campos do Jordão já é um destino incrível, mas a hospedagem fez toda a diferença para que a viagem fosse inesquecível. 💫

Peguei o hotel de última hora e não tinha nenhuma referência. Não me decepcionei em nada. Tudo limpo e aconchegante. Não fica no centro mas a caminhada até o centro é rápida e bem gostosa. Café da manhã muito bom!

Gostei muito da Pousada das Hortências. Equipe prestativa e simpática, ambiente nas áreas comuns muito agradáveis, quarto, banheiro e buffet café manhã muito bons, chá da tarde, grata surpresa , a noite qdo voltavamos do centrinho , tinha à disposição garrafinha térmica com água quente para chá no quarto (sachês disponíveis), Centrinho do Capivari (restaurantes e lojas),fica bem próximo,íamos à pé tds os dias, mesmo a noite, sem nenhum problema. Ou seja, indico e me hospedaria novamente.

Funcionários educados e prestativos. Café da manhã e chá da tarde fartos e com bastantes opções. Sauna e jacuzzi para relaxar. Academia fraca. Hotel bem charmoso e próximo da Vila Capivari. (Menos de 1km, mas no frio recomendo ir de carro) O hotel disponibiliza estacionamento grátis. Uma grata surpresa foi o chá da tarde. Tão bem variado como o café da manhã. Opções deliciosas!! Há um espaço para crianças muito bom e uma academia (que não utilizei, então não sei a qualidade) Existem áreas para convivência no hotel, mas não oferece restaurante. Opções de vinhos são bem limitadas na recepção, caso deseje encerrar a noite com uma última taça no hotel. Atendimento maravilhoso dos funcionários, que são bem educados.
