No minuto em que mencionei que eu e minha mãe não estávamos contentes com as acomodações ele compreendeu perfeitamente e fez tudo o que estava ao seu alcance pra nos satisfazer. Excelente profissional que desempenha o trabalho com muita dedicação! O hotel oferece um café da manhã e jantar delicioso e variado. Funcionários agradáveis e dedicados. Check-in demorado em razão de precisar fazer o cadastro de todos nós mais uma vez, porque mais uma vez disseram que havia sido trocado o sistema. As últimas vezes que nos hospedamos neste hotel, aconteceu a mesma coisa (mudança do sistema e necessidade de fazer o cadastro tudo de novo).
