Hotel muito bem localizado, de frente com o Parque Capivari e a poucos passos do centrinho e comércio. O prédio é antigo, teria que fazer uma conservação/reforma, mas os funcionários agem bem para minimizar isso, com uma boa limpeza, atendimento bom e um café da manhã muito bem servido e gostoso. O quarto é bom, tem aquecedor (elétrico), bom chuveiro, mas a cama merecia um colchão mais novo e melhor. Apesar de alguns pontos a melhorar, o custo x benefício do hotel é muito bom, pois é um dos mais baratos (se não for o mais barato) daquela região que é sempre muito cara. Dica: por conta de estar no centro, a rua é barulhenta em alta temporada, se você tem dificuldades de dormir com barulho, solicite um quarto de janela para os fundos do hotel.

Boa localização, mas quarto de frente que deram , não tinha uma das portas de vidro, além da friagem muito barulho a noite, com motos e carros acelerando, hotel bem antigo, bidê no banheiro e azulejos remendados, necessidade de uma reforma, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia, reclamando do barulho os mesmo trocaram a gente de quarto

Os pontos altos são a ótima localização e o design amadeirado que traz um charme único. A equipe toda muito simpática e prontos pra ajudar quando necessário. A vista de frente pra roda gigante e teleférico do parque capivari é maravilhosa, mas ao mesmo tempo também traz muito barulho. Investir num isolamento acústico melhor nos quartos seria bacana. Porém no geral pra mim e meu esposo não incomodou muito essa questão. Café da manhã gostoso. Voltaria, com certeza ❤️

Hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado do parque capiravi. é possível ir a pé para a avenida principal e também fica em local estratégico para sair do centro da cidade em direção aos pontos turísticos mais afastados. Os funcionários são bem solicitos e simpáticos. O quarto é espaçoso. O ponto negativo (mas que pelo que vi é padrão da região) é que não tem ar condicionado no quarto. Fui em um período de bastante calor e só deixar a janela aberta nao era suficiente para refrescar. O café da manhã também é um ponto negativo. Fiquei no hotel um total de 5 dias (em duas reservas) e em todos eles o café foi idêntico, exatamente os mesmos itens.
