Villa Ancora is a nice and recent villa located on a hill facing the sea. The villa is independent, it has a large garden surrounging the property with many Olive trees, a large veranda with a beautiful view over the sea and a lot of space for relaxing, eating outside or playing with children!

The villa has a dining room, a separated fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a full bathroom with shower and 2 matrimonial bedrooms.

The terrace is equipped with table and chairs to give you the possibility to enjoy the external area. A barbecue and pizza oven are at your disposal.
There is also a nice pool in the corner of the veranda where you could relax and admire the sunset set.

You can reach the closest beach in 10 minutes by car; Main Supermarkets are at 3 Km from the villa and the town centre, local shops, bar, pizzerias/restaurants, ice cream shops,... are at less than 10 minutes by car..
Cefalù is at only 15 kilometers from the house and if you travel with children be aware that there is a Aqua-park are at 10 kilometers driving towards Cefalù.
The motorway is at 9 Km and will allow you to organize day-trips to most parts of Sicily thanks to the ideal location of the villa.

Relax e divertimento

Abbiamo soggiornato in casa solamente per 3 giorni ma ci siamo trovati bene. Ci sono molti comfort. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ci sono molti fiori e alberi intorno, per cui è normale ritrovarsi sempre api in giro. Abbiamo pagato la luce a parte (alla fine pochi euro). Nel complesso ottima posizione.
