Alles bestens

Wir sind als Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen einem Kleinkind und Hund gereist. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Schade ist, dass das Dachzimmer offen gestaltet ist und dies nicht in den Unterlagen ersichtlich war. In der Umgebung hat es sehr viele Katzen, was nicht so ideal war, da unser Hund Katzen jagd. Aber uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir wurden von Carmine vor Ort gut betreut. Danke dafüt nochmals.

La casa è uguale all'annuncio. Non mancava nulla (macchina della caffè inclusa). Casa non vicinissima alla spiaggia ma con le biciclette messe a disposizione dalla signora si arriva in 5 minuti. Il paese Marina di Campo è molto carino. Unico difetto la pulizia della casa al nostro arrivo non era ottima. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza

Super vacances

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce spacieux appartement à côté de tout à Marina di Campo. Nos interlocuteurs étaient très sympas et disponibles. Si nous avions une question, ils y répondaient immédiatement. Le seul bémol était que le chauffage n’était pas suffisant en cette période de l’année et que nous avons souvent eu froid dans l’appartement.

Una splendida vacanza in un appartamento immenso

....l’appartamento di Valentina è immenso...ideale x una famiglia con adolescenti, distribuito su 3 piani è davvero attrezzato di tutto! Gli elettrodomestici sono perfettamente funzionanti e c’è perfino il Wi-Fi! E inoltre il parcheggio riservato che per l’Elba è una rarità! Non è in centro ne’ fronte mare, il complesso residenziale è in mezzo ad una rigogliosissima campagna...quindi pace assicurata e comunque si raggiungono la spiaggia o il centro comodamente in bicicletta ( l’alloggio ne ha 4 in dotazione) oppure a piedi con poca fatica! Sono tanto grata all’host, Valentina, estremamente disponibile e presente per qualsiasi tipo di problema! Grazie Valentina la nostra vacanza è stata perfetta!

Perfetta per un vacanza di gruppo!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Valentina in 8 persone 4 adulti e 4 bambini, la casa é splendida, ha tutto ció che puó servire per soddisfare le medesime esigenze che si hanno in casa propria, non manca proprio nulla! La pulizia dei locali e del complesso residenziale era eccezionale, cosí come la posizione, con 5 minuti di bici ci si trova al centro di Marina di Campo, non ci sono problemi di parcheggio ne di confusione. Abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo il giardino, mangiavamo e passavamo i momenti di relax lì fuori usando il barbecue. L'accoglienza e le comunicazioni sono state un piacere, avevamo il contatto nella casa di fronte, gentilissimo, simpatico e sempre disponibile. Ci torneremo al 100%, la consiglio di cuore!

Una sistemazione perfetta

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Valentina a fine giugno. È stato tutto perfetto! La casa è molto funzionale e pulita. Per noi, che siamo in 5, era comodissima! C’è l’aria condizionata nel caso facesse caldo e funziona molto bene. Per arrivare al mare bisogna fare 5 minuti di auto ( ma è raggiungibile comodamente in bici!) Posizione super tranquilla e silenziosa. Valentina è una Proprietaria gentilissima e attenta! Anche Carmine, la persona che ci ha accolto all’arrivo era gentilissimo e disponibile! Una bellissima vacanza. Consigliamo la casa di Valentina! Noi ci siamo sentiti come a casa!

Una vacanza perfetta

Con la mia famiglia e due amici abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza all'Elba grazie anche alla casa di Valentina. Siamo stati accolti benissimo e ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta, anche oltre ogni nostra aspettativa. La casa è in una posizione tranquilla e dotata di ogni confort, dalla TV all'aria condizionata, alle zanzariere alle finestre. Noi abbiamo mangiato sempre nel patio/giardino posteriore, opportunamente attrezzato con ampio tavolo, sedie e divano da giardino, nonché due comodissme sdraio. Insomma, tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno in relax. Le camere sono ampie e i due bagni sono molto funzionali. Insomma, una vacanza perfetta in una splendida location. Consiglio a tutti questa casa.
