The complex is located within walking distance of the town center, near the spas. Here you can find shops and restaurants plus a bustling nightlife. Guests of the complex have the option to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. You can also make use of the nearby thermal baths at competitive prices. The complex has a large enclosed garden where children can play safely. There is a private covered parking lot. You can also use some of the facilities of a nearby holiday park including the bar, restaurant, auto-motor-bike rental, excursions, tennis, mini-club and entertainment programs. This spacious and comfortable first-floor apartment has an area of approximately 45m2 and is suitable for a max. of 4 persons. The apartment has a living room with 4 single beds; a kitchen with a refrigerator; a bathroom with a shower; and a private terrace with 2 sunbeds, a parasol and a table and chairs. It is a modern house decorated with taste. It also has a satellite TV. It is possible to use the washer and dryer of the neighboring holiday park.

The island of Elba is the largest island of the Tuscan Archipelago. Around the island you will find several smaller rocky islands which are also included in the Tuscan Archipelago. Elba consists of a succession of beautiful landscapes. The coast has a length of 147 km and is a great place for diving. In addition to the natural beauties such as the sea and more than 10 km of beaches there are many possibilities for spending your day including boat trips, visiting museums and local churches, horseback riding, a variety of water sports, fishing, golf and hiking.
