The beach, bordered by a rocky promontory is partly free and partly equipped. The three-room apartment is only 3 km from the village of Seccheto where essential services are located and about 10 minutes by car from Marina di Campo. On the south-west part of the island
Located on the ground floor of a small complex, it consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom without window with shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking space on the slope, laundry area shared with other apartments. Large equipped outdoor space. Outdoor shower with hot water. La casa è grande ed ha potenzialità. Peccato che non è ben pulita....e mantenuta...In cucina non c'è il forno e mancano utensili per cucinare. La posizione è ottima, in 10 Min arrivi in spiaggia, Fetovaia una tra le più belle. Appartamento a mio parere costoso.
