Hotel simples, com conforto razoável. Resolve para rápidas estadias, com foco na economia. O quarto é muito simples e a cama achei de conforto médio. A acústica é ruim e o vaso sanitário desconfortável, por ficar dentro de um cubículo com com uma porta que não te permite deixá-la aberta. Ponto positivo para o ar condicionado com aquecimento e para a ducha. O "box" apresentava goteiras caindo pelo forro. A TV possui um mínimo de canais. O café da manhã também gostei. Não há early check-in ou late check-out sem pagamento de taxa. O atendimento dos funcionários está dentro do padrão. Ponto positivo por nos permitirem pelo menos deixar as malas guardadas até a hora permitida para o check-in. Não sei se voltaria a me hospedar.

A acomodação precisa de reforma no banheiro. Sem azulejo, as paredes estão encardidas, o piso desgastado e a limpeza estava a desejar. Limpeza feita apenas com pano úmido, deixando cabelos e pêlos pelo chão, louças e parede. O colchão está afundando, os travesseiros são feitos de blocos de espuma. Não havia edredom e travesseiros na recepção, muito menos secador de cabelo.

Chegamos no quarto e a pia estava entupida, jato do chuveiro com pouca agua, quase nao esquentava. Porta do banheiro da area molhada nao fechava, molhando as proximidades do banheiro. O piso, as paredes, com pessima manutenção, com mofo, descolando o piso. As toalhas cheias de manchas, desfiadas. Pedimos para trocar de quarto, fomos atendidos, mantendo as comodidades com deficiência de manutenção, porem com pia e chuveiro funcionando adequadamente.

O quarto e o andar que fiquei tinha carpete e algma coisa mofada, a alergia da minha esposa atacou assim que entramos no quarto. Os 4 dias que ficamos foram a bas de remédia e espirrando muito. O exaustor do banheiro não funcionava direito e TV do quarto é péssima, nem canais locais pega.
