Best hotel in Águas de São Pedro

We are leaving from this place today and only stayed one night and this is the best experience ever! Food is delicious, stuff are very professional and friendly, super clean, rooms are super comfortable, in downtown which made our Christmas experience amazing! I will definitely come back here to stay next year Giseli Ceregatto and family “Miami Florida”

Hotel fantástico

Passamos um final de semana no hotel, e ele é simplesmente fantástico. Extremamente limpo, novo, bem acabado, funcionários educados e simpáticos, café da manhã maravilhoso e farto, a piscina é enorme e tem muitas espreguiçadeiras, o bar do hotel é muito bom e a comida deliciosa. Achei os preços muito bons pelo porte do hotel. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, com um banheiro espaçoso com uma ducha perfeita. Também utilizei o spa, a experiência foi ótima, recomendo. A única coisa que pode melhorar, é a cama, muito mole, mas de resto, não tenho nada a reclamar. A localização também é excelente, fica numa travessa da avenida principal onde tem os restaurantes.

Foi um momento mto bom de casal! Conseguimos relaxar bastante. a piscina é gostosa. Tivemos alguns pontos, atendimento mediano de um garçom, os outros foram simpaticos. A hora que chegamos, nos deram um quarto, quando fomos ate ele, estava sujo, voltamos e trocaram nosso quarto. Também na hora da saída, me cobraram a diaria que ja havia sido paga... fiquei bem constrangida, mas nada que 5 minutos de ligacao, nao resolvessem. O hotel é bom, a comida é boa, vale a pena, pelo baixo custo da diaria

Novamente hospedo-me neste hotel com ótima condição Tenho apenas 2 sugestões: Quartos com crianças próximo ao elevador e casal nos fundos pois as crianças sempre correm pelos corredores Checar vedaçao da porta pois a luz do corredor que fica a noite toda acesa vazamento por toda porta deixando o quarto claro pelo menos no 220 onde fiquei dessa vez Isso não chega a comprometer a hospedagem mas seria melhor se as sugestões fossem consideradas
