Tudo muito bom no quarto. Poderiam rever apenas a questão da cortina que o blackout não funciona na sua totalidade. Estrutura muito boa. Academia fraca e não condizente com o hotel (deve ser um ponto a ser melhorado) Café da manhã é bom porém com comidas muito gordas.

Almost everything Was fine. The staff is 10! But the sink (lavatory) at the room 1609 was not fixes. And because of that we were moved to room 1601 which had the same problem.

estacionamento bom, o problema que o hotel tava lotado de hospedes e mesmo assim o restaurante abriu pra pessoas de fora e foi um caos, eu ja tinha ido outras vzs e nunca aconteceu isso. falatando reposicao, filas enormes, no domingo que teve uma corrida abriram para esse pulblico e foi o caos, sabado ja tinha sido ruim mas domingo foi pessimo, cefeteira quebrada, comida fria. tudo pessimo

Restaurante SOFRIVEL

Hotel muito bom! Recepção, quartos, estacionamento e comodidades, perfeitos! O grande problema, é o RESTAURANTE! O contratado ( Bar do CUZCUZ), não tem a menor condição de gerir, tal setor. Pessoal totalmente despreparado para servir, com exceção de alguns garçons, não existe gerente, pelo menos, nunca o vi. No domingo 19/10, foi um caos total, com a chegada de um grupo de ciclistas da cidade para tomar café da manhã: Uma fila quilometrica para se servir, não tinha, nem pratos e nem talheres. A parte de frutas era insuficiente, como tambem outras comidas, frias e quentes. O café, não tinha xicaras suficientes, e a outra máquina, com defeito. Enfim, ou a direção toma uma medida energica, ou vai perder muitos hospedes, haja visto as reclamações dos hóspedes no check-out. Já me hospedei umas 08 vezes no mesmo, e vou pensar em retornar, com essa equipe responsavel pela alimentação desse Empreendimento.

Gastronomia, conforto e lazer!

Hotel bastante agradável, com um restaurante oferecendo uma Gastronomia muito boa com uma ambiente agradável, quarto limpo e confortável, porém a acústica não é muito favorável pois ouvíamos as pessoas conversando no quarto ao lado, mesmo assim foi uma estadia muito boa!
