This ancient noble luxury villa is the perfect Tuscan venue for unique holidays that combine a stunning coast with fine service: minutes from Bolgheri and the Super Tuscans district, half way between the best part of Tuscany and Rome, this villa is great location also for a celebration of a wedding. The property measures 1,100 Sq.Mt. of living space, offers a big park and a heated swimming pool. It can accommodate a maximum of 16 adults in bedrooms and 4 children/extra guests in 4 extra beds or sofa beds. All bedrooms situated in the different floors of the Villa have Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, Safe box and ensuite bathroom.
Cook is available on request, cleaning service included all days, on site concierge available.
The estate is one hour from the International airport of Pisa or the private airport of Grosseto, and centrally located between Florence, Rome, Siena and Porto Ercole, thirty minutes from Bolgheri, the borgo where the world best red wine Sassicaia is produced.
