There was a cockroach in the bathroom and other bugs in the shower. Checkout takes place after the staff has checked the room. In our presence, which is very embarrassing. And the staff didn't care about the bugs and didn't apologize to us. Overall, we do not recommend it.

Good location and hotel is okay for price. Rooms show age, have limited amenities and could use better cleaning. Room has AC which was a bonus.

This hotel is SO bad that it is hard to say all The issues. Smelled like a sewer in common area, toilet seat pinched, shower only dribbled water, dark, depressing room with peeling paint. Coffee in styrofoam, breakfast white Bimbo bread slices.

- New updated policy of cash only and in local currency - Wifi was great, location is superb - parking was challenging - at the street and not spefically designated so had to circle the neighborhood several times multiple days to get one of the spots close to the hetel - front doors were closed in the severe rain (great and safe) But when it was raining and reception had stepped away, people were locked out on the street in the rain waiting for the doors to be unbolted ( I came put of my room when I heard the loud pounding on the front doors) - VERY safe w/ someone near the front desk most of the time.

De entrada el personal ya que querían que pagara en efectivo porque según ellos no contaban con terminal de tarjeta y al final apareció y pude pagar 😏 la seguridad da, el cuarto súper viejo y las paredes todas húmedas y callendose el el material que las cubre el baño muy muy mal , toda el agua se salía cuando uno se bañaba y la regadera muy mal, ese hotel necesita mucho, pero mantenimiento, cuando uno hace su reservación por Expedia parece que buscan el cuarto más feo para dárselo a uno La propiedad en su tiempo fue bonita, pero la falta de mantenimiento u atención de sus dueños la hace horrible, PARA NADA RECOMENDABLE

Le hace falta mas atencion por parte de los propietarios. El personal de recepcion son muy atentos sin embargo nos quedamos sin agua en varias ocasionea ocasionando inconformidad en la estadia. Las habitaciones estan descuidadas y son muy pequeñas.
