No pool room with booming music

The pool in the picture belongs to the establishment next door, and we were not allowed to use it. The receptionist doesn't have a phone to call a taxi so we had to go down the hotel road to the main street to hail a taxi to go to the centro which is a 15 minute ride. The venue next door had booming music that made our room vibrate. The music was still going at 5 a.m when we left draging our suitcases to try to flag down a taxi.

1. En las fotografías de publicidad no indican que es terracería para llegar al hotel 2. Que la calle solo está iluminada por reflectores. 3. Enfrente del hotel es un baldío ! 4. La habitación no tenía agua en la recagera lo reporte desde que llegue aprox. A las 3 a dejar mis pertenencias y no pude bañarme !! Al regresar a las 9 seguía del mismo modo ! Marque al número que indicaban en recepción mismo que está en las habitaciones e indicaban que ese número no era del hotel pero que checarian, 40 min después marque nuevamente y que lo habían reportado! Baje a recepción y que no habían comentado nada !! Hasta que marque a Expedia buscaron solucionar! Una pésima experiencia para un día!! Solicite cambio de habitación y que se encontraba lleno!! Solicite un reembolso y que tampoco !! Es importante indicar el tipo de zona para las personas que viajan solas recorrer ese trayecto en la noche resulta peligroso! Y de haberlo sabido antes no hubiera reservado! La verdad un pésimo servicio, ya que solicite por medio de su aplicación porque supuse era algo seguro !! Pero la ubicación, que no tuviera servicio de regadera desde las 3 que lo reporte hasta las 11 de la noche!! Y no quisieran reembolsarme ningún porcentaje !!

Un gran hotel!

El lugar está un poco escondido, pero todo lo demás estuvo bien. El cuarto limpio y con amenidades (shampoo, jabón, papel, toallas, plancha). En línea fue más barato, pedí un sencillo para dos personas y a parte te incluye poder usar la piscina y la limpieza a tu cuarto. Todo excelente con el personal del hotel.

No me gustó el trato de un personal al solicitarle una factura la cual me fue negada, porque Expedia me debe facturar comentan ellos, ya que Expedia les paga hasta después de dos meses y me envió a solicitarlo a Expedia pero con trato grosero la chica, en el hotel se oye mucho ruido en qué se abren y cierran las puertas, los ruidos de los televisores, etc; la parte de aparcamiento es área pública pero omo atención deberían quitar el exceso de piedras en la parte donde se dejan los vehículos, no se pudo utilizar la piscina porque lo rentaron para evento privado, entonces como huesped genere gasto extraordinario para ir a divertirme a otro lugar.
