The property is very out dated. One of the two sinks was clogged not flowing at all. The ice machine was out of order. There's no even ice bucket in the room. Old switches in the room, out of order, non-functional switches etc. The worst part is they charge $100 per dog per night. It's insane.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are friendly and welcoming! I usually stay somewhere nearby when I’m in the neighborhood but this time, I had my 89 year old mother-in-law in tow so I thought I’d get something less sterile. I found the Bristol online and thought it looked lovely. I was actually underwhelmed when I pulled up as the exterior is unassuming (but secure, well lit with plenty of parking). Once I walked in the lobby though, I was dazzled!! Every inch of the place was beautifully decorated! I wanted an early check in as my MIL was getting tired. The manager was very helpful and said he would get us a room right away, which he did! The room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. I wasn’t able to stream content on their tv though as I am used to doing at other hotels but that wasn’t a big deal. I was able to use a hdmi cable and my laptop so she could watch her shows. Overall, I was above satisfied with our stay at the Bristol.
