Charming 2-bedroom townhouse in Campanet with garden

Charming village house, with homely decor, and beautiful views of the mountains. It is located in the urban centre of the lovely village of Campanet, in a very charming area.



The house, with plenty of light, consists of a spacious entrance and a lovely living room with a comfortable sofa, television and ceiling fan. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, with access to the terrace, and the other with a double bed, and has the capacity to accommodate 4 people. The kitchen, independent and induction, has been recently renovated, and is fully equipped, with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, wood stove and two coffee machines, one filter and the other Nespresso. And just next to this is a large wooden table and chairs.



At the back of the house, there is a small and pretty garden with a jacuzzi, two sun loungers and an umbrella, and a covered terrace space with a table and chairs, to enjoy summer meals and dinners.



Important information:



The jacuzzi is available at no cost from 1 April to 31 October.

From June to September, the water is kept at ambient temperature.

In April, May and October, the jacuzzi will be warm, although it will never exceed 30 °C.

To conserve heat, it is important to keep the jacuzzi covered with the thermal cover whenever it is not being used.



A bathrobe and slippers will be provided per person.

The laundry is also available. On the top floor, and through some garden stairs, there is a fabulous terrace which can also be accessed through the double bed bedroom, with a small chill-out area and barbecue, as well as a yoga mat, Pilates ring, and rowing machine.

Very nice location!

We liked the house and its location very much. Kudos to the owner for revitalizing an old building the way he did! Excellent job - loved it! Everything was very well equipped and very clean on arrival! Being in the middle of Campanet proved to be really great for us. To be in walking distance to the main square was really a big bonus. As a starting location for my cycling it was perfect. Communication with your staff was excellent. The few issues we had, were solved very fast and 100% to our satisfaction - Thank you Maria Rosa :)! There was one major issue for us with house and this were the beds. The mattress in the master bedroom is way to soft and on the right side of the bed it seems to be worn out because it's even softer. There are no alternatives in the second bedroom, because these are metal beds with a metal net and some very thin mattresses. (maybe only suitable for kids). The beds just didn't match the high quality of the rest of the house at all. Changing for example to some middle of the road Ikea stuff with firmer mattresses would improve the overall quality of the location a lot. Remark: It might be an individual issue, because I already suffer from a bad back, but I think if the target audience are rather people like us (no kids because there is no pool or sea side access and no youngster party groups) the quality of beds is a major factor for people to come again. ( It is the only reason I lowered the rating points for accommodation) I also wanted to suggest that it would be great if there were some rental option for longer stay arrangements e.g. one or two month with lower (monthly) rental fees.
