The exterior of the property is simply enchanting. The swimming pool —partly carved into the natural rock— is one of its most captivating features: a serene corner that invites you to relax and unwind. Measuring 6 x 5 metres with a maximum depth of 1.80 metres, it offers a refreshing dip in the heart of nature. A spacious, furnished terrace provides the ideal setting for outdoor meals or quiet reading moments beneath the shade of the trees. An electric barbecue is available (as the use of fire is prohibited during the summer months). Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by Miquelet, a friendly donkey who lives on the neighbouring grounds. Thanks to its secluded location and surrounding woodland, the property guarantees complete privacy — the perfect spot for an authentic and tranquil rural escape.

Inside, the house retains the cosy character of traditional Mallorcan country homes, with stone walls, exposed wooden beams, and warm, functional décor. The inviting living room features satellite TV and central heating, making it a comfortable choice even during the cooler months. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, blends seamlessly with the dining area and includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. There are two bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two single beds — both with ceiling fans and heating. The bathroom includes a shower, and all spaces are designed to offer comfort in a simple, natural setting. For added convenience, the house provides a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair for families travelling with a baby.

The winding, narrow road leading to the house sets the tone for the natural surroundings and the tranquillity that envelop it, where even mobile reception is basic, enhancing the feeling of being disconnected. Its relatively central location makes it easy to explore different parts of the island. The nearest sandy beach, Puerto de Pollença, is about 19 km from the house. It is a fine sandy beach that slopes gently into the sea. The surrounding mountains provide a beautiful contrast with the sea. Pollença can be reached in around 20 minutes by car and was once popular with painters and artists. This influence can still be felt today and gives the town a unique character. Don’t forget to visit the Romanesque Bridge, as well as the small church on the hill of “Calvari”. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed.
