The actual location of the property was completely different to the location described on the listing.The property is not in Camogli town, but in a small village called Ruta outside of the town. We contacted the host Novasol to raise a complaint and they brushed us off, claiming that the address was correct. There are 2 roads with the same name in Camogli district, the listing was for a road within the town and specified 7 min walk to Camogli beach, whereas it would take an hour to walk to the beach from the property and longer to walk back up the very steep hill.Terrible communication with the host, even when the water was cut off at the property for most of a day. 2 days of holiday wasted trying to get in contact with the host and Vrbo to sort things out. In the end we had to leave and pay for another apartment in the town.It ruined our holiday. And 3 weeks later it still hasn't been resolved by Vrbo. Very disappointing.
