Close to amphitheater

Very clean! We arrived 45 min early and we were allowed to check in. The hotel desk clerk kept us informed of changes at the concert. He also recommended an Irish restaurant that was excellent. We plan on using this motel again for other concer.

Speedy check in property was clean and convenient to Ozark Ampitheatre. However, we walked into an 84 degree room that was super musty smelling. The AC unit was set on fan only blowing hot air on a day that the temps were near 100 degrees and the humidity was 90%. The smell never went away, The property was fully booked, so we dealt with it. We will not stay here again.

Tje hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken and it was the only reaaon we booked this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Friendly hotel staff, immaculate facility. We came for a concert at the Camdenton Amphitheatre and thank goodness they provide a shuttle! Thanks guys for a wonderful stay.

concert weekend

We attended a concert at the Ozark amphitheater. Location to venue was great, plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel could use updating and maintenance work. One working ice machine, hot tub not working. all in all, when we attend another concert, we will stay here.

Overall good stay

The staff was wonderful and everything was generally clean. Those are important for sure! The breakfast offered was better than most places. The pools and hot tub were not in working condition and even when we were allowed to use the one pool, the water was still cloudy. The ice machine didn’t work the entire time we were there.

Yikes

There was a dead animal strode all over the entrance of the property. It was a large deer. The pool was not in working order was told maintenance had been aware of both issues. Could not even pull out of the property without getting that animal on your car. No apology was given on the conditions.

Need much improvement

Beds were not comfortable, pillows were awful bring your own,hallway smelt like clorine, outdoor pool was out of order, hot tub was out of order,indoor pool was bitterly cold, alot of breakfast was cold that should have been hot,smoking area needs more than 1 chair, a table would be nice too and some sort of shade. Def wasnt worth the price we paid.

We've stayed here for 3 years for our family reunion at the Lake. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great (love the waffles) and the hostess kept on top of things and was very cheerful. The property was clean and well kept. Only 2 downfalls, neither of which can changed. To reach the elevator, you have to go up a short ramp which I'm sure is ADA compliant, but at times was difficult for my Parkinson's impaired husband. The other is that the property is built on a cliff (what isn't!) and so there is no good way to go for a walk, so i just walked around the parking lot. Overall a nice place to stay and we'll likely stay again next year.
