First room we checked into was dirty no one had cleaned it the second room we moved into the door locks didn't work at 9:30 at night the third room had a funky smell second room we had the floor was coming apart there's not a good experience?

The privacy they give is unmatched. The room and hot tub were clean, as was the hotel. Employs were all well mannered and very helpful. The breakfast is usually good , this visit , I was running behind and missed their biscuits and gravy. Our dog seems to enjoy staying here as well. I would recommend this hotel for families, couples and pet lovers!

I am a truck driver and I was getting a room for my 34 hour reset. They have enough space for two truck and trailers, laundry, breakfast, and it was clean. There is shopping nearby so I was able to unhook from my trailer and restock my truck.

It’s easy to get to, clean, & the staff are all so helpful we stay here everytime we’re in town (this was the 3rd time) and have never had a bad experience. This time was room #116. The AC was cold, the water was hot, & the room was quiet. The kids also loved the pool. So once again, no complaints.

The hotel needs major upgrades in room doors and carpet throughout. There is no sound barrier between rooms or hallways. Every person that walked down the hallway sounded like they were in our room. Unfortunately, there was a crying baby after 11pm for about an hour. Not the hotel fault other than the walls are paper thin. The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. Luckily, there was another room available. The lady working front desk was super nice and quickly found a new room.

Stated multiple times that persons that were not guests of the hotel would be charged $50 if on the property. We had family/friends in town at other hotels that wanted to spend time with us, but we were concerned that we would be charged extra. This is not a good policy.

This was our 2nd time staying here. But this time we stayed in a king room. The bed was so comfortable & the AC worked so good that I woke up freezing! The desk attendant was very nice, and helpful as well. This place is always our go-to whenever we find ourselves in Paris, and it’s for good reason. It’s cheap, clean, & comfortable.

Couldn’t get more than one room key when request for second room key was made the first key wouldn’t work. Needless to say by the end of our stay we had three room keys to turn in, and only one was working.
