Tastefully decorated extra large one bedroom apartment located 2 blocks from the center of town!
Incredibly convenient location within easy walking distance of everything in downtown Camden! You are already parked in the best spot to walk to restaurants and shops, the Village Green, the Library and Amphitheater, and the Harbor Landing.
Camden and the mid-coast area also features a State Park with great mountain hikes, nearby lakes with freshwater swimming. The local ski area, The Snow Bowl, has great mountain bike trails with views all the way to Acadia National Park across the Bay. These are all very short drive! A popular hiking trail to the top of Mt Battle, starts, a ten minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is on the second floor above an a quiet office. Relax on the deck with a view across the Bay! Or wake up early to watch the sun rise.

The living room is light filled and shares the same view as the front deck. Hardwood floors and custom woodwork are featured throughout. There is a new queen size sofa bed in the living room. In the open kitchen there are granite countertops and barstool seating. All modern kitchen appliances, including oven, stovetop, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee maker.
A unique counter and pass through to the morning coffee/sunroom brings the light into the kitchen. This is another place to enjoy the great view. All the windows are new and open to the summer breeze.
Next to the kitchen and sunroom there is a more formal dining area with a new dining table and chairs.
The bedroom is large and features a new queen bed and mattress, dressers and chairs.
There are several large closets and a closet like space with a modern washer and drier.
The bathroom features all fresh paint, granite counter top, a glass shower stall.
In all, the apartment features over 850 square feet of space. You will want to stay longer than a week.
The apartment is for singles or a couple.Up to three will be comfortable. Please inquire about pets.

Excellent property in terms of convenience to town and shops and nice views. Property was well appointed with supplies and appliances to make for a very comfortable home-like stay. Everything is well maintained and clean in the apartment.The only real negative is the fact that the bedroom faces the street (Washington St) which apparently is a major commercial/business thoroughfare. As a result, there is a lot of traffic noise early in the morning (6 - 7 am) which can be problematic for light sleepers.Also people with mobility issues might find it difficult to go up the long flight of steps to access the 2nd floor apartment entrance.

This is a wonderful, very large, light-filled apartment. The owner(s) have thought of everything that you'll need during your stay, even supplying beginning amounts of some staples. The location is excellent -- just 2-3 blocks from town where there are restaurants, shops, and sights galore. There is an outside stairway to the apartment but, once inside, no steps (except one step down into the sunroom). Every room is very large and there are lots of closets. The kitchen and bathroom and nice and very big. Even though it's called an apartment, there are no other apts you'll be sharing common walls with. This is just one apt. on top of an office building (that always seemed unoccupied. The parking is close by and readily available. The outside deck is a great place to sit outside with a glass of wine of cup of coffee. The queen size bed was pretty comfortable and the bedding and pillows were good. We love this place and would give it 6 stars if we could!

Excellent location and view!

Loved the open space in this apt- as well as the view. We watched the osprey on the tower as they fed their baby and taught it to fly. Deck on front was awesome. Grilled out a few nights and ate outside on the deck, watching the boats come in. So convenient to Camden, walked everywhere, no need for a car in Camden.

Perfect location- super comfortable interior/secure exterior. Easy to follow instructions and assist from Rob - when washer would not function. Apartment super clean in all respects- except for the front load washer. We gave encountered this issue twice before in other Vbros. We counted on washing/ refreshing our clothes for our remainder of trip. The washer rubber gasket was black with mold and detergent drawer- necessary cleaning before use. Then the door mechanism would not lock to allow operation My husband took clothes to a coin laundry. This is a very important part of travelers packing light and relying on a machine that works.

Best Apartment in Camden ME

The apartment was wonderful...spacious, clean, comfortable and completely furnished with everything we needed. We spent 7 nights there and loved the view of the water, porch and sun room. Best of all was the location. We could walk to downtown Camden and the Laite Beach and with a short drive everywhere else we wanted to visit. There are steps to enter and leave the apt, but worth the effort to be there.

Great place to stay in Camden! Bright, spacious, quiet property with easy walk to town - restaurants, harbor, shops. Quiet and lots of space for 2 people. Exceptionally located condo in Camden

We stayed in this condo one week while visiting friends in Camden. It’s clean, very convenient and walkable to downtown and very comfortable. The host is friendly and communicative. It wasn’t an issue for us, but just a heads up that there is only a shower - no bathtub. We would stay again.

This fabulous condo was perfect for us! We loved the location within easy walking distance to Camden (which we thought was beautiful). The space is so bright, even when it was pouring rain, and decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and we enjoyed the outside deck. It was nice to have essentials provided so we didn't have to buy paper towels, etc. We really appreciated the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Paul is a wonderful host! Communication is great and we had an opportunity to meet him one evening. We would come back here in a heartbeat, and I'm sure we will.

Delightful Camden Maine Property

My husband and I stayed 1 week in this wonderful vacation home. The location was perfect with easy walk to everything in town. Parking is off street and very safe. The unit is suitable for couples but be aware of steps to climb to second level. Well worth it for the view from a well maintained deck. It’s sunny and very comfortable. Loved our stay! Thank you to Paul for the attentive hospitality.

Camden, Maine in the fall

Beautiful, artsy town located in a picturesque area where the Megunticook River meets the West Penobscot Bay. The apartment was beautifully and simply decorated and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, art galleries and the harbor. Ate at several wonderful eateries, including 40 Paper, Fresh and Co., Peter Ott, and Zoot’s Coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Paul was a welcoming and very helpful host.

Lovely Apartment, Responsive Host

The apartment is lovely, conveniently located, and just right for one couple. Camden's harbor front is a short walk. The entrance to the property isn't obvious, so knowing we'd be arriving after dark, the host sent us photos showing us how to access the property. Paul is an exceptionally attentive host and helped us make the best of our visit to Camden. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Camden Getaway Weekend

This apartment is comfortable & very clean. The natural light thru all the windows is pleasant and feels homey. Location is excellent to restaurants and downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood too. Enough room for 2. The bonus room (sunroom) is also very nice for morning coffee or go outdoors onto the shaded deck. Paul was very easy to reach if needed. Loved the property, everything as described and better in person! Paul is a terrific host, very available and knowledgeable. Have made many visits to Camden/area and this was possibly the best. Unit has everything you need, I did inquire about a clothes iron which was happily supplied and thank you! We were comfortable inside and also loved the deck and view!
