Convenient for the A30 which enables visitors to explore the county with ease: Falmouth with the National Maritime Museum, St Ives with the Tate Gallery, Penzance with the nearby fishing harbour of Newlyn and Mousehole with its art galleries. Visit Lands End, the north coast, ideal for surfing enthusiasts, and the south coast perfect for sailing, fishing and coastal walks. Shops ¼ mile, pub 1 mile and restaurant 2 miles.

Pennard gave lots of space, opportunities to spread with many options for seating and a charming eclectic mix of art and crockery. The bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. However as someone with mobility difficulties, though it was all on one level, the wet room was inaccessible if you use a walking frame or wheelchair. Other showers had stepped access. Overall it was a lovely place to relax with friends and family.
