This is a great hotel to reaerve right before you leave for the airport. Shuttles run every 15 min 24 hours a day. They will provide you with a to go breakfast as well. Rooms are very comfortable and a nice size. We didnt use the pool or weight room. We did go to the restaurant, the food was pretty good, there was just 1 server though, so service did take a long time.

The airport shuttle was perfect. Staff was friendly and their breakfast buffet was great. They also work with rental car companies and they offer car pick up service on site. Super convenient. Rooms were spacious, clean and stocked with minnie fridge and bathroom toiletries. No microwave.

The sink in the room was a slow trickle. The drain of the sink smelled bad. Housekeeping forgot to refill toilet paper and 4 sets of towels, so I had to call for it when I returned from going out. Overall, the airport shuttle was convenient. The breakfast selection was great. The room was comfortable (just small). It was helpful to stay here for a quick stay before leaving SJO airport to go home.

Generally well run with friendly staff. I was very disappointed in the Breakfast to Go.. the muffin was oily and my apple was rotten. Unfortunately our flight was too early to partake in the regular breakfast which is usually very good.

Perfect for a late arrival into San Jose before heading out for the week. Our flight arrived 11:30pm and the shuttle picked us up within 5 minutes, another 5 minute drive and check I. Was quick and easy being in bed by 12am. Most of the car rental agencies are in the same parking lot and after a decent breakfast I picked up the car and on the road by 9:15 am.

It was close to the airport and quick and easy with the shuttle. There are several car rental offices on the property so we were disappointed that we didn’t rent from there. It would have been so easy to drop off the car and walk into the hotel!
