The flat was very clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The air condition cools the whole flat- which is much needed in the hot summer. It is walking distance to shopping centre Gran Via 2, and just a few bus stops away from Plaça Espanya. Although there was no face to face interaction with ‘reception’ they were easy to contact and communicate with. Overall, I’d recommend this accommodation.

Horrible experience all around. Couldn’t gain access to room none of the entry codes provided worked. After 1.5hrs of trying I had to taxi to a second location to get a physical key. Room was tiny, blankets and pillows smelled very bad (unsanitary), WIFI never worked. Also the area of the hotel is very run down and scary. One of those slum areas where you would need a pet alligator to go out for a walk. Definitely not a tourist area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

"It is a typical Spanish Resort with 90% Spanish guests, who only speak Spanish. So, if you are from abroad will be hard to understand other guests but especially entertainment. We,ve paid Full Board, but have to pay every drink (even water and juices)."
