This lone-standing villa of 180 m² (1960 ft²) was renovated to the highest standards. Situated among organic olive groves on the hills above the city of Camaiore, you will enjoy an open view across the valley to the sea. The paved road leading to the house narrows in the last kilometre.Our other villa is called Casa Greta (# 750198) and stands at 50m. The ground floor is comprised of the living room with open fireplace, 50" flatscreen SmartTV and DVD player, wireless high speed DSL connection, SONOS sound system , a professionally-equipped kitchen with dining table. Attached is the veranda with a sofa bed and a pull-out bed, en suitebathroom with shower and laundry room with washer and dryer. A covered pergola accommodates dining for up to 10 people. In addition, a gas BBQ and wooden grill at 5m from the house. The upstairs consists of two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with shower and bathtub with whirlpool. Fifteen meters from the main house is the dependance/pool house of 30m² ( 350 ft² ) with a double bedroom, en suite bathroom with shower, kitchenette and trellised patio. The pool (12m x 4m) has a saline filtering system. The property is fenced. There is an EV wall box on the outside wall near the parking . Our garden and olive groves are free of herbicides, pesticides and fertilisers . We produce part of the electricity we need with our own photovoltaic system . Because our water is a precious commodity we ask of our guests to make every effort to conserve. Arrival time is on Saturday between 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Nearest grocery stores, pizzeria, restaurants and most conveniences are available approximately 2 km from the property. We, Peter and Astrid, are the proud owners and we are available for all your questions and take personal care of your needs at your arrival. During your stay we are also available by phone to answer your questions and help with resolving any of your concerns. A child's crib is available upon request.
WINTER MONTHS: Casa Teresa is ideal for longer stays during the winter season. In-floor heating throughout the house makes for a cozy and comfortable stay. A fireplace stocked with firewood and a southwest orientation will add extra warmth for romantic sunsets.
