Villa Ricetro is a complex of 3 independent flats located in Montemagno in the Tuscan hills near Camaiore at the top of a hill ridge separating the Tyrrhenian Sea from the Apuan Alps. The altitude of 300 metres and the proximity to the sea make it a place with an ideal climate.
All around the house are woods and olive groves and absolute peace. The small village of Montemagno is 1 km away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
In Montemagno there are two excellent restaurants a bar and a minimarket.


The house is arranged on one level as follows:
Large wooden and glass double doors lead into the living room with a comfortable double sofa bed.
The room has a lot of character provided by the original exposed stone wall, antique terracotta arch and ceiling with wooden beams and terracotta tiles.

Against the back wall is a traditional Tuscan brick kitchen with a large antique stone sink, a 5-burner gas cooker, oven and a refrigerator.
In the centre of the room is a wooden table that comfortably seats six people.
Light is provided by the double doors on one side, which lead to the furnished terrace.

From the kitchen there is access to the private outdoor area with a spacious terrace with table for outdoor dining.


The first of the two bedrooms is off the living room. It is a double room suitable for children. On one side is a single bed under which is a second single bed that can be pulled out and used for a fourth person.
The 'double' room cannot be set up as a double, it is only suitable for an adult as a single room or used as a double for children.
There is a bathroom in the room that has a whirlpool tub and shower.

The large master bedroom is located off the kitchen.
It is a room with limited natural light and remains cool in the hot summer months. The room is furnished with a double bed, an 1800s wooden chest of drawers and a large four-door wardrobe. There is a full bathroom with shower in the room.

The rustic-elegant furnishings have many antiques. The shared saltwater swimming pool is located in a separate space just a few metres from the house and in a panoramic position.
The three houses on the property were created from the careful restoration of the agricultural outbuildings of a 17th century farm villa.

This flat is ideal for 6 people.

Outside you will find:
- a private space where you can eat with your family;
- a space shared with the people of the other 2 flats, if any, with a barbecue area.
- a shared space with a very spacious swimming pool and jacuzzi.
