Old stone farmhouse completely renovated, (CIN: IT046005C27KWY5CSD) surrounded by olive trees, in a small village on the first hill of Camaiore, 365 meters above sea level, from where you can admire a splendid view of the sea, the Versilia valley and the Apuan Alps. The house is about 70 square meters, on the ground floor kitchen with gas oven, 5 burners, refrigerator, dishwasher and small pantry. Living room with sofa, pouf-bed, satellite TV, DVD, fireplace. On the first floor double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds that can be separated, equipped with air conditioning and sheets. Bathroom with shower, equipped with linen Laundry corner with washing machine. The large garden, from where you can enjoy the view in complete tranquility, equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers, pergola where you can have lunch with barbecue corner and slide for the little ones. In the spring/summer period (from May 18th to September 6th), guests can enjoy an inflatable hydromassage pool (diameter 180 cm, height 66 cm), where they can relax.
In the nearby village of Pedona, reachable on foot along a path of about 1 km, there are two minimarkets, and a typical Tuscan restaurant.
The nearby cities are: Pietrasanta (12km), Viareggio (13km), Lucca (25 km), Pisa (30 km), Florence (90 km). The owners live in the adjacent house, and will be happy to welcome you with a small welcome, they are available for any advice and more.
In the winter the house is supplied with wood for the fireplace.

Meine Frau und ich hatten einige wunderbare Tage in diesem schönen charmanten toskanischen HĂ€uschen verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind ein super nettes und total hilfsbereites Paar, haben uns gleich zu Anfang mit leckerer Lasagne, Bier und Kuchen ĂŒberrascht, was wir so noch nie erlebt hatten. Genauso einmalig ist der fantastische Blick aus dem Garten auf das Meer und die umliegenden Berge. Egal zu welcher Tageszeit ist es dort wunderschön. In den Abendstunden blickt man direkt auf das Meer und die untergehende Sonne. Es ist ein idealer Ort fĂŒr einen ruhigen romantischen Entspannungsurlaub. Das Haus ist stimmig und mit Geschmack eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wir jedoch auf Grund von noch ganz milden Themperaturen nicht benötigten und ein Moskitonetz ĂŒber dem Bett, das ebenfalls (noch) nicht nötig war. Aus meiner Sicht ein perfekter Urlaubsort. Eine absolute Empfehlung von uns!

Wonderful experience!

My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. When I called Marco to let him know that we would be delayed, he quickly came to the rescue and picked us up and drove us to the villa. After dropping us off to get settled, he went back to our car and replaced our flat tire and drove our car back to the villa.Marco and his wife’s concern for us was more than we could have ever expected from a host. We are truly grateful for their kindness.. The property matched their personality, warm and inviting. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that they made it a point to check in on us to make sure we were ok.The accommodations were impeccable and the views were amazing! It was a nice place to relax and unwind before we continued our travels. We would definitely return!

Beautiful rustic hideaway

Although the area was a little confusing to get to, and you definitely need a small vehicle to get through the streets, you end up on the top of the hill overlooking the Valley out to the sea. Marco and his wife were very welcoming and even made homemade pizza for dinner with us. The little house itself is two stories with multiple layers of stairs Which could be hard for some, but was just fine for us. Perfect for a couple who wants a little quiet time and a beautiful area. Just definitely bring bugs.

Exactly as listed.

This space was authentically rustic and very livable. Modern kitchen conveniences, comfortable beds, plenty immediate hot water & pressure. Large outdoor space was equipped for relaxed viewing the expanse of Viareggio/Ligurian Sea in day & a plethora of twinkling nighttime lights. The host and hostess were attentive and available providing ready assistance. The yummy pound cake and fresh fruit: a special touch.. We enjoyed evenings by fireside and ample wood was supplied. For us, 3 women, more shower soap and heat on the first floor would be welcomed. However the ample supply of blankets more then adequately sufficed. I highly recommend planning your initial arrival in the day light hours to enjoy the view while ascending and to be able to see the road as there are no white lines, pedestrians and scooters use the very narrow circuitous 2-way road. Our hostess thankfully met us in her car at the most severe right turn to finish the ascent to their place. That was a big help. They also helped us carry our luggage up the slight incline from the parking space. In addition the ground floor is just that. The first floor is up steep narrow-ish steps with a sturdy railing. Good mobility is essential for this place and well worth the views and serene setting. In all it was ideal for us to have a respite from city touring in Milan, Florence, Pisa and Lucca
all essential stops. The rustic part was in the Italianate construction of exposed stone walls. It certainly was great!

Heaven on earth

Our stay was something out of a dream. We arrived here after 10 days travel in Italy and it was the perfect place to relax before moving on for the rest of our journey. The house and garden are so beautiful. The views from the garden looking out at the sea and the mountains are stunning. Marco and Iliara are truly delighful and so kind. We arrived to a just baked warm cake and lasagna. Your kindness was much appreciated. The walk to the local restaurant was magic. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Sirina and Stan.

Wow!!!

We arrived and were greeted with pizza from the owners’ wood fired pizza oven and their olives. We ate in the garden overlooking the Mediterranean Sean and Tuscan valley. What a perfect start to our visit to Tuscany! The home we rented is a stone cottage perfectly equipped and comfortable. We were there in October so kept windows open. But they do have AC is you are there in summer months. The location s perfect for day trips to Pisa, Florence, Lucca, and Cinque Terra. The small village of Pedona is a short walk from the house and has a market and ristorante. Delightful owner and staff; food amazing.. After visiting Italy a third time If we ever return to Italy this will be our first choice.

Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Wir waren ĂŒber Ostern hier. Ein rustikales Haus mit offenem Kamin, toskanischer Bauweise, unfassbar schönem Gartenausblick und dazu sehr herzliche Gastgeber. FĂŒr Kinder sind gerade der Garten, die sĂŒĂŸen Katzen und Hunde im Ort unterhaltsam. Im Örtchen Pedona gibt es fußlĂ€ufig einen einmaligen Lebensmittelladen in einer alten Kirche. Dazu viele tolle Ausflugsziele am Meer und in den Bergen. Wichtig zu wissen: die Unterkunft ist hoch gelegen; man sollte keine engen kurvigen Straßen scheuen. This was our second stay with Marco and Ilaria, this time again with our older dog. We were welcomed with delicious cake and new varieties of pizza – absolutely wonderful after a long journey. We had truly missed this little paradise, where everything is thoughtfully taken care of. Every day we were happily visited by Dora the dog or Furio the cat, which made the stay even more special. We would love to come back for a third time!

Es war wie eine Reise in die Vergangenheit .Es war alles da was man braucht und dann Natur pur.Eidechsen GlĂŒhwĂŒrmchen Ameisen 
..Die Gastgeber absolut hilfreich jedes kleine Problem wurde sofort behoben.Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung gab es selbstgemachte Pizza und es wurde beim Koffer tragen geholfen einfach Klasse Gastgeber.Der Ausblick vom GrundstĂŒck ist Wnderschön.

Ein kleines Paradies

Unser Aufenthalt in Pedona war wirklich schön. Marco und Ilaria waren sehr freundliche, fĂŒrsorgliche, aber nicht aufdringliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ganz am Ende des Weges war sehr sauber, wirklich schön eingerichtet und gemĂŒtlich. Der Garten mit Blick auf Berge und viel Meer war bezaubernden, die SonnenuntergĂ€nge legendĂ€r. So sieht vermutlich das Paradies aus. Gut zu Fuß sollte man in der Gegend sein, es geht viel bergauf und bergab. Der Strand ist aber auch nur 30 min. entfernt, und nach Lucca ist es auch nicht weit. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Traumhafte Aussicht, perfekte Gastgeber

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen- der Gastgeber hat uns sogar beim Tragen unseres GepĂ€cks geholfen. In der Wohnung stand ein frisch gebackener Kuchen bereit -sehr lecker! Am ersten Abend bekamen wir auch noch eine Pizza serviert!! Die Wohnung ist schön und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Der Garten ist traumhaft, unsere beiden Hunde haben sich (zumindest bis zum Wochenende) sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Leider wurde am Wochenende in direkter Umgebung mit Luftgewehren geschossen. Wir haben auch Leute mit nem Luftgewehr am Haus vorbeilaufen sehen. Nach den ersten SchĂŒssen war unser Hund extrem verĂ€ngstigt-wie an Silvester. Wir konnten ihn dann nicht mehr dazu bewegen den Garten zu betreten. Daher werden wir wohl diese Region meiden mĂŒssen, auch wenn es uns sonst sehr gefallen hat.

Un havre de paix

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour idyllique dans la maison de Marco et Ilaria! La maison est fonctionnelle et pleine de charme, le jardin provoque un vrai coup de cƓur avec une vue Ă©poustouflante.
