We went for a short family break. Staff were very accommodating- provided us with towels so we could use the pool before our check in time. Facilities were good - breakfast was great - really good choice of fresh foods. Location was good - 10 min walk to a really nice beach. 25 min bus to water park. 20 min from airport by car

This hotel is aweful. I would never ever to back and I would not recommend this to no one. Staff is rude. We went out with some Friends and spent the night at their house. When we came back to the hotel they had rented out our room to somebody else. Seriously this is the worst place.

Having arrived to check in at 11pm we were told that there wasn’t a booking in my name. The room I had booked (a bungalow suite for 3 adults) was occupied. After much delay and upset and stress we were finally given a double room for the night. One double bed for 3 adults and as it was now 1am we just had to make the best of a very bad situation

Some amenities such as the swimming pool was over the road at the sister hotel. Rooms were spotless clean. Large comfortable bed. Extra blankets given on asking as it was cool at night. Upgrade to a room with a side view sea room as the view is amazing. Bus stop outside hotel, number 4 bus direct to Palma takes about 30-40mins. Great choice for breakfast and delicious.

A very good hotel considering the price we paid. Well connected by local buses and on the main route. Breakfast was great - a wide selection and good quality - the cava was a lovely addition! Unusually, the use of the spa facilities and gym was included at no extra cost. Plenty sun loungers and two pools to choose from, as well as access to the sea. Rooms were clean and well appointed, showing their age slightly but well maintained. Free water in the mini bar fridge was replenished daily 👌
