Close to the sandy beach of Calvi (200m), the city center / port, (500m), shops (100m) and leisure activities (diving, surfing, tennis ...).
Located on the ground floor the apartment is composed of a living room-kitchen equipped with screen TV / TNT (68cm) 2 single beds in 80/200 cm), a room with a double bed in 160/200 cm, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, a private outdoor terrace with garden furniture.
You have access to our large Mediterranean organic garden of 6000m² with trees.
Spaces of relaxation in the garden are arranged (barbecue, living rooms of garden, hammocks, deckchairs) to take advantage fully of a preserved nature within the charming seaside city of Calvi.
A small herb garden is available (depending on the season).
