Exceptional location 200 m from the beach for this 130 m2 duplex T6 apartment with private lift access. 12O m2 terraces enjoying a splendid view of the sea, the citadel and the mountain.
Located right in the center, you can forget your car during your stay (a closed box + an outdoor parking space are available).
It can accommodate 10 people thanks to its 5 bedrooms equipped with large closets, 3 Shower rooms, 2 of which with wc plus 2 separate wc.
The bedding is of quality, 4 beds of 160X200 and 2 of 80X200 (which can be grouped in 160).
High-end fitted kitchen, air conditioning in each room adjustable by individual remote controls plus electric ceiling fans
The main terrace is equipped with a comfortable garden furniture and a large electric blind, the dining terrace is covered with inside / outside effect to take meals in the shade and is equipped with a large table for 8 to 10 people and a small table of 4. The solarium terrace is equipped with sun loungers.
A plancha is available next to an outdoor sink with hot and cold water.
The view is superb from all the terraces which are lit for the evening.
Two bedrooms have a large balcony with sea view and citadel.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Well equiped. Only criticism would be that it would be nice to have linen and towel change and a mid-stay clean. We had very 'dirty/sandy' rain while we were there and I had to clean the terrace and furniture. Would definitely stay there again but would request this.

I can't praise this property enough. The location is perfect for the town and the beach, the accommodation itself has everything you need, is beautifully decorated with amazing views and the whole check in check out process was seamless. Highly recommended

Bel appartement mais de mauvaises surprises

Nous avons réservé une location 5 étoiles au prix fort mais les déconvenues se sont succédé pendant une semaine. Beaucoup de problèmes d’entretien et d’équipements : ménage sommaire pour notre arrivée, ventilateur du séjour en panne, mobilier de jardin en osier très dégradé et inconfortable, placard hors rail qui ne coulissait pas pour ranger ses affaires et surtout une des chambre présentée avec balcon et vue mer qui a dû rester obstruée dans le noir toute la semaine car le moteur du volet électrique était en panne. Sans compter les nuisances d’odeurs de canalisation dans les salles d’eau! La propriétaire alertée m’a répondu que nous n’avions pas de chance sans se remettre en cause et a refusé de faire un geste commercial pour toutes ces défaillances… Nous sommes très déçus de cette expérience.

Appartement avec vue imprenable sur Calvi

Deux appartement au 3e et 4e étage réunis en un, l’agence de location nous a bien reçu. 3 paires de clefs pour un groupe de 8 c’est suffisant. Appartement très bien situé et surtout avec vue imprenable sur la citadelle et la baie de Calvi. La plage a 150m et 10mn de marche à pied du centre ville. Je recommande.
