Cramped rooms spoil otherwise nice stay.

Generally the hotel was spotless, the staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast excellent. Only 3 downsides. Firstly, the room was very small and the shower room so tiny you could scarcely turn round. Secondly, the hotel is a fair hike from Villers centre. Buses are few and far between and taxis don't exist in Villers and there isn't much around the hotel. Thirdly, the stairs from the underground car park come up outside the hotel. Got soaked. One minor gripe. When we booked in someone could have told us parking is free in Villers outside of July and August. Could have saved us €30 for 3 nights hotel parking.

La chambre était pas propre la salle de bain était pas propre non plus le plafond dégoûtant la douche, sale trou dans les murs pour un Ibis style pas de Kleenex le petit déjeuner pas d’œuf brouillé, il n’y avait plus de grille-pain, ils m’ont dit qu’il était en panne et qu’ils en avaient pas un autre bref pour un style. Nous ce serons, je cru que j’étais dans un Ibis budget.

Ancien Ibis Budget ?

Nous avons choisi un hôtel Ibis Styles suite à de bonnes expériences dans cette chaîne d'hôtel. Mis à part quelques cadres sur les murs de la chambre (et une bibliothèque garnie et des jeux pour enfants dans l'espace commun), le confort est plutôt celui d'un Ibis Budgets (au tarif Ibis Styles) : lorsque une porte coupe-feu dans le couloir se refermait après le passage de quelqu'un, le mur et la tête de lit tremblaient, la salle de bain est minuscule avec, certes une douche en pluie, mais un mini meuble sous la vasque pour pouvoir poser ses vêtements, quant-au petit déjeuner il est de type continental, correct et sans plus, si ce ne sont les jus de fruits / légumes détox qui ont bon goût, les œufs à faire cuire à notre convenance et la variété de confiture. Sinon, il n'y a que du jambon et du jambon blanc et du fromage pour la partie "salé". Nous étions arrivés à 14h (heure normale : 15h) pour faire le check-in mais on nous a dit qu'il est trop tôt et qu'il n'y a aucune chambre de prête et le check-in n'est pas possible. L'hôtel étant à une quinzaine de minutes de Deauville, soit nous devions patienter 1h, soit l'enregistrement se ferait en soirée car nous avions prévu d'autres activités le restant de la journée. C'est dommage, nous attendions mieux de notre passage dans un Ibis Styles.

PRIX TROP ELEVE POUR LES PRESTATIONS PROPOSEES

j'ai l'habitude de réserver sur votre site et ai rarement été déçue, mais cette fois-ci j'ai trouvé que l'hôtel était cher par rapport aux prestations. de plus, en tant que membre Gold, j'ai demandé un checkout tardif (soit 1h de plus) ce qui m'a été refusé. J'ai dû réserver une nuit supplémentaire directement à l'hôtel, celui-ci ne m'ayant pas permis de réserver via hotel.com, prétextant qu'ils voulaient bien me conserver la chambre, seulement dans cette condition. très déçue par cette façon de faire. de plus, dans la chambre il y a une forte odeur de moisissure et la porte de douche ne fermait pas. je fais rarement des commentaires négatifs, mais cette fois, je tiens à vous faire part de ma déception.

Très bel hôtel je recommande !

Très bel hôtel, au bord de la plage, excellent petit déjeuner compris dans la nuitée et il existe un parking gratuit juste en face de l’hôtel (du moins en hors saison, nous y étions fin février).
