Schöner Urlaub,aaaaaber......

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus wirklich einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.Das Inserat war gut verfasst und hat dem tatsächlichen Bild entsprochen. Soweit war alles gut. Bei der Abreise versicherte uns der Hausverwalter,dass die Kaution in den nächsten Tagen an die bekannten Bankdaten überwiesen wird. Obwohl wir kleine Kinder und einen Hund dabei hatten,ist weder etwas kaputt gegangen,noch wurde etwas entwendet,noch ist Unrat von unserem Hund dort geblieben,noch wurde das Haus in einem unsauberen oder unordentlichem Zustand übergeben. Trotz mehrmaliger Anfrage hat uns der Hausverwalter bisher nicht die Kaution zurück überwiesen oder eine nachvollziehbare Begründung genannt,weswegen er davon absieht. Sehr schade!Dieses Haus werden wir ausschließlich aus diesem Grund nicht mehr buchen!
