The fireplace in the room was really nice, it kept the room warm. It was needed, because the heater did not work in our room. The kitchen had full size appliances, dishes, pans and silverware. This was really nice for our stay of a dew days. The staff could explained the hotel features and provided information. There were stairs you had to take to get to almost all rooms. It was a little hard to get luggage to the room. It would of been nice to know that there was a ramp that you could use to access the second floor, which we didn't find out until we eere leaving.
