Imagine a stone house nestled among centuries-old olive trees, with vaulted ceilings and objects gathered from distant travels. The Iara apartment is an intimate and charming retreat, perfect for those seeking relaxation, nature, and a soulful touch.

From the entrance, you access a quiet garden — ideal for outdoor meals or reading in the shade. Inside, stone vaults and carefully chosen decor create a warm and authentic atmosphere. Recently renovated in keeping with the original architecture of a 17th-century rural house, the apartment features:

Beautiful apartment in an idyllic location.

Prior to our arrival Mirella was happy to answer any questions and advice regarding directions to the apartment. We were told to trust the sat nav and it led us through the many winding roads to the apartment without any problems. We met at the arranged time and were warmly welcomed by Mirella who showed us around the apartment and made sure that we knew she was available at anytime for advice etc. The apartment is modern and clean. The furnishings are excellent and the bed is very comfortable. There are homely touches throughout the apartment in fixtures and fittings which add to the relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen is suitably equipped with modern appliances, fridge, toaster, kettle, gas hob. Pots, pans and cutlery and dishwater are all available. The bathroom is modern with a good shower and plentiful hot water. The internet is super fast and worked without any problems, like being at home. The garden is lovely, Mirella has a large collection of roses which were in full bloom during our visit and the place looked magnificent with fantastic views down the valley. Parking is available directly try outside the apartment on the road and there is little to no passing traffic due to it's location. Mirella is an excellent host and our holiday and the apartment was everything we could have wished for.

It was a Great Holiday

We felt very comfortable in the flat. The large garden with the beautiful olive trees invited us to linger. Deckchairs and a hammock were available. The children were allowed to romp and play in the garden. Mirella is a wonderful and helpful hostess. The welcome tiramisu was fantastic. The quiet location is ideal for relaxing.

Unsere Ferien waren sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön umgebaut und entspricht den Fotos. Mirella ist eine grossartige Gastgeberin, sie empfängt sehr herzlich, ist bereits im Vorfeld gut erreichbar und auch während des Aufenthalts,bei Bedarf. Info/Tipp: Betten sind weich, beim ausziehbaren Sofa, legten wir noch eine Matte/Matratze von zu Hause darauf. Es hat keinen Ofen, was kein Problem ist, wenn man keinen einplant.. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. Und lasse hier auch gerne über diesen Kanal Mirella lieb grüssen.

Bezauberndes Plätzchen

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Mirella. Die Unterkunft war sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vorallem der Garten hat uns und die Kinder verzaubert, er lädt definitiv zum Verweilen ein. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön, mein Mann ist beim Biken voll auf seine Kosten gekommen. Ein richtiges Outdoor Sport Paradies.. Der einzige Nachteil für eine Familie mit kleineren Kindern, ist die Tatsache das man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist wenn man in die nahe gelegenen Orte oder zum Strand möchte. Ansich sind es zum Meer nur ein paar Kilometer aber durch die engen Serpentinenstraßen kommt es einem etwas länger vor. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison bei Mirella, leider war die Parksituation am Strand nicht so toll und wir haben es als stressig empfunden. Alles in einem hat uns der Aufenthalt trotzdem gut gefallen und wenn man keinen typischen Strandurlaub möchte, sich nach Ruhe sehnt und eine absolut einladende Ferienwohnung mit einer super lieben Vermieterin möchte, dann ist man hier genau richtig.

Toller Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung und insbesondere die Terrasse sind wunderschön. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Besonderen Dank nochmals an Mirella, die jederzeit für Tipps zur Verfügung stand und uns mit leckerem frischen Gemüse versorgt hat. Das Tiramisu zur Begrüßung war ein Traum. In der Ferienwohnung konnte man sich sehr gut von dem Trubel erholen, der an den Stränden herrscht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Summer time at Mirellas House

We enjoyed our one-week-stay. A peaceful and very nice garden to relax, a well equipped flat and a good starting point for trips to the sea and for hiking. Mirella welcomed us with Home-made Tiramisu and Prosecco, supported us in finding original ligurian Restaurants and gave us wonderful vegetables of her garden. We highly recommend the location.

Ein toller Ort für unseren Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Mirella von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde genossen. Der Garten, die Wohnung und die gesamte Umgebung laden zum Entspannen ein. Mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten im Ort und in ca. 15 min am Meer. So könnten wir dem Trubel von Finale entgehen. Calice und Finalborgo sind sehr leicht zu erreichen. Auch die Wasserfälle und Pools in der Umgebung laden du herrlichen Hikes ein. Mirella hat uns wertvolle Tips gegeben und war immer da, wenn wir etwas benötigt haben. Im Agritourismo "Un altro Posto" direkt nebenan kann man am Wochenende leckerste lokale Speisen aus eigener Produktion genießen - unbedingt probieren! Wir danken Mirella für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub, das Gemüse, Öl und die netten Gespräche!

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist schön eingrichtet und voll ausgestattet. Sie befindet sich in einem alten Steinhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage und hat einen phantatischen Blick über das Tal und auf die umgebenden Berge und Wälder. Von den Sitzplätzen vor der Türe schaut man auf den Garten und die Olivenbäume. In der Umgebung kann man zu Fuß bzw. nach kurzer Autofahrt mittelalteriche Städte, das Meer und viel Natur entdecken. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir mit dem W-Lan nur vor der Wohnungstür zuverlässsig verbunden.

Perfekter Urlaub

Ganz toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Am Ende der Sommer- und Ferienzeit, nicht überlaufen, sehr freundliche Menschen, ein tolles Dorffest in Calice Ligure, eine himmlische Gelateria (Pastinori), unbedingt das Pinolata-Eis probieren. Mirella ist eine super Vermieterin, macht ihr eigenes Olivenöl, hat einen herrlichen Garten zum erholen, wunderbare Feigen direkt vom Baum. Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns drei, kein Fernseher, wir haben ihn nicht vermisst. Am Strand in Finale gibt es immer wieder kleine Abschnitte an denen man keine Liege mieten muß, alles war sehr sauber, das Wasser herrlich. Rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub in einer schönen Region mit leckerem Essen. Vielen Dank Mirella für Deine Gastfeunschaft , Deine Herzlichkeit und Deine schöne Wohnung. Wunderbar!

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderbar mit einem schattigen Platz zum Essen, verschiedenen Sitzmöglickeiten und einer Hängematte unter Olivenbäumen. Der ideale Ort, wenn man Ruhe sucht! Für Leute, die Strandurlaub machen wollen, ist die Wohnung zumindest im Hochsommer nicht geeignet, da man an der Küste keinen Parkplatz findet. Man kann die Strecke mit dem Fahrrad fahren, der Rückweg ist aber durchaus anstrengend. Mirella ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Hängematte mit Blick auf die Berge

Wir waren 3 Wochen bei Mirella zu Besuch und haben es wirklich sehr genossen. Trotz Kleinkind und Teenie konnten allen Bedürfnissen genüge getan werden. Kleine Wanderungen, Ausflüge zum Wasserfall der blauen Libellen und anderen magischen Orten oder zum Strand, die malerischen Altstädte; alles war toll. Unsere Kinder hatten schnell den mediterranen Biorhythmus angenommen, sodass wir spät nachmittags oder abends viel unternommen haben, wenn die größte Hitze des Tages vorbei war. Mittags habe ich gerne in der Hängematte mit Blick in die Berge entspannt, das ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Mirella war stets mit guten Tipps, z.B. für einen geeigneten Kinder Strand, zur Stelle und hat uns auch an das benachbarte Agriturismo und einen sehr leckeren typisch italienischen Abendbrot vermittelt. Unser Urlaub in drei Worten: lecker, entspannend, abwechslungsreich. Gerne wieder, das nächste Mal im Frühjahr.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in den ligurischen Hügeln

Die hübsch eingerichtete, schön kühle Wohnung liegt ca 3 km ausserhalb vom Dorf, in einem schönen alten Bauernhaus, mit einem noch schöneren Garten. Der gedeckte Sitzplatz zu der Parterrewohnung ist wenige Schritte vom Eingang entfernt. Mirella hat uns mit einem leckeren Tirami Su und Prosecco Willkommen geheissen. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte einige Tipps und Tricks bezüglich Ausflugziele parat. Es ist sehr familiär und unkompliziert. Die direkten Nachbarn sind sehr freundliche Leute. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern 6 Monate und 4,5 jährigem Kind unterwegs. Im Garten hat es Hasen und Hühner wie auch Liegestühle. Finale Ligure erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca 15-20 Minuten zum baden oder einkaufen. Calice Ligure erreicht man in 5 Min Fahrt, dort hat es einen Einkaufsladen, Restaurants, alles was man braucht. In Finale hat es hat ein Parkhaus, die Parkplätze sind jedoch Mangelware. Wir waren am Donnerstag dort, und es war Markt. Die Stadt hat eine schöne Altstadt und eine gute Gelateria. Bei der Anfahrt nach Calice hat mich unser Navigationsgerät über eine sehr steile enge Bergstrasse geführt, fährt man jedoch von Finale Ligure rauf, ist die Strasse normal breit. Wir würden wieder Urlaub bei Mirella in Calice verbringen, es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Eine kleine Oase

Unser Aufenthalt bei Mirella war einfach wunderbar. Das Haus liegt herrlich eingebettet zwischen Olivenbäumen, fernab des Trubels der Stadt. Trotzdem kommt man schnell überall hin. Wir und die Kinder haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Auch wenn es für kleine Kinder auf den ersten Blick erstmal nicht viel gibt, kann man hier wunderbar kreativ werden (Schubkarren Wettrennen/ Staudamm bauen/ Bäume klettern / kleine Entdeckungstouren vom Haus aus / Maronen sammeln). Vom Haus aus kann man in schönen Spaziergängen hinunter zum Bergbach oder hinauf zu den Bergkirchen laufen. Allerlei Tiere gibt es natürlich auch zu sehen. Mirella war die beste Gastgeberin, die wir uns hätten wünschen können! wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und mit Olivenöl, Sekt und Tiramisu und sogar eigenem Wirsing aus dem Garten versorgt. Der Umgang ist sehr unkompliziert, herzlich und hilfsbereit . Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Danke Mirella, dass wir diesen schönen Urlaub bei dir verbringen durften.

Super Aufenthalt

Sehr netter Empfang, gemütlich eingerichtet, ruhige Gegend und schöner Garten. Für MTB abgeschlossener Raum und Möglichkeiten zum reinigen. Mirella ist sehr herzlich uns hat es super gefallen und das selbst hergestellte Olivenöl ein Traum.

Ganz wunderbarer Ort

Mariella ist super nett, hilfsbereit und gut organisiert. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Alles sauber, gut gepflegt und wunderschön gelegen. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall normal hinfahren. Die Gegend ist auch echt wunderschön. Alles top.
