Room had no windows. Staff never had towels available at the front desk. Twice, upon arrival and a day or two later, the only entrance to the building was locked without anyone at the front desk to let me in. This is a dangerous part of town and to not have anyone available to let my family and I into the building safely is of utmost importance. Especially because the are is ran down. I walked through hallways in complete darkness because often the motion detector did not activate

The only thing I can say I wasn't pleased with, was the fact that for the first two days there was no television service and not much alternative was given by the hotel. Also, I was there with my 94-year-old grandmother and the hotel didn't seem to have handicap accessibility in the room bathroom. Other than that everything was great.

Realmente , a mi, no me gusto, y no soy exigente.
