Gaze over the ocean from the balcony of this tranquil, 2 bed apartment. Flooded with natural light, the interior is beautifully decorated with contemporary furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is on the first floor with its own separate and private entrance. It's spacious, modern, fully furnished and has big double-glazed glass windows that let in natural light in and offer amazing views from anywhere in the house.

The apartment has two double bedrooms with good-sized double beds, plenty of space to hang clothes and store luggage. The main bedroom has sliding doors opening onto the balcony, whilst the second bedroom has sliding doors leading into a small private garden perfect on a hot evening. The bathroom is in between the bathrooms and has a walk-in shower with a glass screen. Towels and linen are provided for you.

Beautiful view

Great spot in a residential neighbourhood and close proximity to Calheta beach with a string of good restaurants... You will definitely need a car to stay here.

Madeira Lebensnah

Wir durften in diesem schönen Ort 2 Wochen verbringen. Mit allen Facetten die dazu gehören. Der Hahn welcher schon um 5 Uhr auf sich aufmerksam macht, der Hund der mal belt. Der Nachbar mit dem lauten Moped, Das tolle Bistro die Straße runter usw. Das alles im positiven Sinne. Wir haben in einer schönen Wohnung mit grandiosen Ausblick gewohnt. Eine großzügige Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit einem Balkon über die ganze Länge. Eine Küche mit allen drum und drann. Das Bad vernünftig, die Betten ordentlich. Handtücher, Bettwäsche alles war vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine die unsere Wanderkleidung immer wieder frisch machte. Parken direkt vor der Tür, aber Achtung., bei der Anfahrt auf den letzten 50m bloß nicht anhalten! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wer Urlaub ohne Touristen Trubel möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Schöne Wohnung und eine geniale Aussicht

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben ihn sehr genossen. Gute Restaurants und Snackbars sind in der Nähe. Die Stechmücken waren etwas nervig. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir länger in der Wohnung bleiben durften, da unser Flug erst am Abend ging. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Super schöne Wohnung!

Vielen Dank für einen sehr, sehr schönen Urlaub in der oberen Wohnung. Diese hatte alles was wir brauchten. Die Betten sind toll und die Ruhe herrlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich uns hilfsbereit. Besonders möchten wie uns bedanken, dass wir am Tag unserer Abreise länger bleiben durften, da unser Flug erst spät ging. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern und Türen wären wünschenswert - die Mücken sind sehr nervig. Eine Spülmaschine hat nicht wirklich gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank und viele Grüße aus Deutschland.

Joli design avec vue imprenable

Bien situé, ce très bel appartement au premier étage se trouve dans les hauts d'un village, dans une zone très calme avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et les environs. Petits commerces à proximité, et facilité d'accès à tous les lieux d'intérêts que comporte cette île, en raison de sa position à proximité des principaux axes routiers. Nous avons été très bien accueillis.

Very nice stay in Madeira

We had a very nice stay in Madeira thanks to Duarte. It is a nice apartment which is situated very closely to Caletha. Caletha has one of the lonely sand beaches of Madeira. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful view over Caletha. The only remarks we have is that the road to the house is very steep, no dishwasher but I see that this is common in Madeira and the barstools doesn't have a backrest. Also a tip for Duarte, maybe it would be a good idea to place some mosquito nets. Thank you Duarte for our perfect stay in Madeira.
