Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft war ansich top! Die Kakerlaken waren das einzige was uns ein wenig geschädigt hat da wir sowas in unserer Heimat nicht haben. Dennoch hatten wir eine schöne Zeit auf Madeira. Vielen dank!

Premiumurlaub

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Begrüßung und Einführung durch João: Top. Restaurantempfehlung (Solar dos Prazeres): Top. Pool: Top Fotos entsprechen in vollem Umfang der Realität. Insel: einfach nur wunderschön So nettes Willkommen mit Obst, Madeirawein-und Kuchen Kaffee und Tee für den ersten Tag vorhanden. Für 2 Wochen doppelte Handtuch-und Bettwäscheausstattung +extra Badetücher Etwas wenig Geschirr und Besteck, aber bei vorhandener Spülmaschine ein Luxusproblem. Leider treibt sich die amerikanische Kakerlake dort herum, der Joāo mit Fallen und gründlicher Sauberkeit versucht den Garaus zu machen. Straße unterhalb wenig befahren, daher nicht störend. Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthalts 100m Luftlinie entfernt ein Grundstück erschlossen, aber dafür kann niemand etwas. Wenn nochmal Madeira, dann sehr gerne wieder das Farmhaus!

Tolles Farmhouse für 4 Personen .Top Lage und Privatpool!

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Juni dort zu Gast.Einfach wunderbar.Das Objekt war sauber,sehr gut ausgestattet.Es fehlte an Nichts.Der Pool mit Salzwasser und Selbstreinigungsanlage war spitze.Es hätte lediglich ein etwas größerer Sonnenschutz da sein können,ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Danke João.Es war eine tolle Zeit dort.

- Netter Empfang durch João - João ist ein unkomplizierter Gastgeber - Toller Pool - Praktische Küche, es dürften mehr Kaffeetassen, Gläser und Kaffelöffel vorhanden sein - Praktische Raumeinteilung - genügend Stauraum - Schöne und grosse Terrasse mit Blick auf den Atlantik Schnellstrasse unter dem Haus stört überhaupt nicht - wir fühlten uns in den sechs Wochen wie zuhause

Sehr schön mit kleinem Aber...

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und komfortabel. Von der Strasse in unmittelbarer Nähe haben wir gewusst und sie hat nicht weiter gestört. Es war sehr heiß, teils über 30 Grad. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es nur einen Sonnenschirm, der genau 2qm Schatten abgibt. Somit war ein Aufenthalt draußen in den Mittagsstunden nicht möglich. Ein kleines Terrassendach, mehrere Schattenspender oder ähnliches wäre schön gewesen. Wir hatten eine Ungezieferplage und haben in den 12 Tagen Aufenthalt 18 Kakerlaken in Haus und Hof beseitigt. Wer da empfindlich ist...

Très belle maison et propriété

2 semaines parfaites passées dans la maison de Joao début février. La surface de la maison est suffisante pour 4 personnes. Aucun voisin direct et très belle vue à 120° sur l'océan. La route qui passe juste en contrebas n'est pas gênante. Joao prends soin de sa maison et reste très disponible. Un point à peut-être améliorer : augmenter la capacité du ballon d'eau chaude. Nous reviendrons ici lors de notre prochain séjour à Madère !

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Von dem Vermieter wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Ferienhaus ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool sieht exakt so aus, wie auf den Fotos. Die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern, war mehr als ausreichend. Das Haus ist Barrierefrei eingerichtet.

Funtionales und geräumiges Haus

Top Ferienhaus mit fantastischem Pool

Wir (2 Erwachsene/2 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt in diesem sauberen Objekt genossen. Joao war ein freundlicher Vermieter, der uns alles gezeigt und erklärt hatte. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt mit Fleisch- und Käsetheke sowie Backerei war nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für entspannte Levada-Wanderungen. Gerne wieder.
