This is a self check-in unit, detailed instructions will be sent prior to your arrival for a smooth and easy entry.

The studio features 1 queen-size bed and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

No pets are allowed in the unit.

Third-party bookings are not allowed, the person booking must be the one staying in the unit.

Please note that there is no AC in the unit. A fan is provided to help with air circulation during warmer days.

The entrance is located on the west side of the building, separate from the main entrance.

Shared laundry facilities are available on the main floor of the building.

Paid parking is available in the back alley on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that the building is older and may show signs of wear, such as water stains on the ceiling, marks on the walls, or minor scuffs and imperfections throughout the space. That said, the unit is kept clean, comfortable, and fully functional for your stay.

my dissatisfaction with the studio I booked for one night on 05 September 2025]. Unfortunately, I had to leave the property immediately upon arrival because the conditions were unacceptable. The building was dirty, and the studio itself was in very poor condition, lacking even the most basic repairs. It did not feel safe or suitable for even a single night’s stay. Considering the price the experience was extremely disappointing and far below reasonable expectations.
