desk staff were friendly and helpful when having issues with the wifi password, bar staff was very friendly and had great service! plenty of little restaurants and shops in the plaza aswell very handy for people not familiar with calgary

This is an older hotel but in very good condition with large rooms. The pillows could be a bit better quality but still satisfactory. My only improvement I would suggest is to get larger TV’s.

Stayed at this hotel a few times. Not a lot of shopping or quality eating in close proximity. But it's a short drive to some good options. Rooms are affordable and staff friendly. Hot tub was down for a day while we were there. We'll return in the future.
