Overall, it was a good stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy and check-in was easy. The bathroom was clean but the shower didn't work properly and the water wouldn't get hot and half the water poured out the bath faucet while trying to take a shower. The night staff were also not knowledgeable in how the hotel worked. So, when our flight got delayed for the next morning and we asked about late check-out, they couldn't help us at all and we had to go down first thing in the morning and hope for the best. The morning staff were very helpful though. Overall, not a bad stay and we had a good time for the evening.

Weekend trip to Calgary for funeral, hotel was in close proximity to where we needed to go . It’s close to Sunridge mall for shopping, fairly quiet other than being close to airport so outside traffic noise a bit . Breakfast is decent in the morning, hotel is kept clean and tidy , staff was pleasant.

The first room was assigned had no heat. They changes rooms for us. The second room we were assigned did not have a working tv for 2 nights. Told there was nothing they could do as it was over the weekend. The pillows were all (6 of them) like hard boulders. How about some hard, some soft.

Had been here before - so very impressed. But this time ..... fridge didn't cool, barely fit in the cupboard, impossible to open without scraping your hands..... the bathroom sink drain did not open or close. So water stayed in the sink indefinitely - yuck.... ! Not so impressed this time!!!!
