Rooms were dark. No face cloths or coffee machine. When enquired about it. Was told because of covid they dont suppy coffee. Air conditionerwas near ceiling. So you couldnt turn it on or adjust. No contolls for it.

The WiFi code did not work. The cable did not work. The staff asked for $100 deposit that they would hold on to overnight and I could get back in in the morning... Even though they had a credit card on file.

Dingy room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. The toilet malfunctioned, and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the owner accused me of doing something to the toilet. Only received half of my deposit back, effectively having 50 dollars stolen from me by the owner. I've never had such a horrible hotel experience, nor have I ever had the displeasure of having to deal with such a rude and unprofessional business owner. Red Carpet Inn & Suites was a regretable rip off run by a thieving, dishonest, and immoral hotelier. Deserves a 0/5 star rating.

Arrived at the hotel and seen two people on drugs outside, the room was not like the pictures and very dirty. Woke up to loud construction on the other side of the wall. Over all a very bad stay, we checked out a day early (non refundable) and stayed at another place
