Beautiful Townhouse Close to Everything
The townhouse is as described online. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and with a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect. Its close to shopping, grocers, restaurants, UCalgary and Confederation Park. We walked the Park everyday. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Calgary. You won't be disappointed.

Great Location and Price
My wife and I stayed for 5 nights with our 3- and 4-year-olds. It was great to have immediate access to Confederation Park out the front door, a few more parks in walking/short driving distance, and to be a relatively short drive away from the zoo and many neighborhoods with restaurants and shopping centers. The interior space is laid out well to make the whole house accessible and usable, and every room has big windows that let in lots of natural light. It’s hard to beat this property for the location and the price point.

Cheap property, poor management
You can tell this is part of a 'get rich quick' plan from inexperienced owners. Everything in the property is cheap and will easily break - the furniture, the mattresses (like rocks, terrible to sleep on), the kitchen wear. Then they'll certainly charge you for breaking it. Said they had a futon - it was just a sofa, so missing a bed listed in the listing. They are clearly managing too many properties - we were given the wrong lock box code to check in and were stranded trying to guess the correct code until they finally sent us the correct code after midnight. They bombard you with 1/2 automated messages 1/2 non automated messages about checking out and where to leave things, but don't actually respond to any of the messages you've sent - one of the toilets was clogged with vomit from the prior stay and they responded once saying they'd send a plumber and never responded again - and no plumber ever arrived. The towels for multiple people were damp from the prior stay and hadn't been laundered. We were sent 5 separate messages about them tracking the decibels of our sound with monitors in the house (2 before we even checked in) even though we weren't loud once.

Fantastic place, amazing hosts, exceptionally clean and spacious
We were looking for a property that was reasonably close to the highways as well convenient for the family. This place did not disappoint. The hosts provided concise and detailed description for the check in. The place is almost brand new, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the necessities. For a busy mom on a skiing trip the hosts even thought of the coffee capsules to help with the morning function. The rooms are clean, the kitchen and the living room area is comfortable. I would give 10 stars if I could. My kids were happy with the lower level bed mattress. I was happy that the master bedroom was in the opposite wing, affording me some privacy. We did not spend too much time inside, since we were busy exploring, but if we did, I would enjoy every mixture of it. Convenient location, beautiful park view, clean and spacious.

Nice townhouse in a pretty location. Will stay again.
Thoughtful hosts, newly built and decorated. Hosts are quick with communication. The living room furniture is comfortable. Lighting is sufficient throughout the town house. Beautiful walking area with 3 parks nearby. What you need to know is that there are 2 flights/3 floors from the ground floor entrance to the upstairs bedrooms. 14th ST is busy all night but with the windows closed it is quiet. It can be tricky to turn left onto 14th ST and I recommend you turn left out of the parking lot and access the street light onto 14th ST by the next road over. There is a Keureg Coffee maker. There are no cookie sheets, measuring spoons or casserole dishes but you can pick up aluminum pans at the nearby Safeway. I couldn’t get my Mac Book to mirror to the smart tv so I will bring a HDMI cord next time. The mattresses and pillows appear to be all different. Hard mattress in the master bedroom and a soft mattress on the ground floor.

Summer vacation
Good central location. Walking distance to great park/playground and walking path. Easy check in, check out, and communication with host. Fairly clean and there was cleaning supplies/vacuum/etc available for things missed (like the floors upon check in for our stay). Heads up items: quite scented linens due to laundry products used/provided so maybe bring your own detergent to wash if sensitive. Smaller garage if bringing large suv or truck, but decent of street parking available. Overall, enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Great stay, close to park and downtown
Great stay, the hosts sorted a couple of small problems over night (no ac on arrival, but was working by 8am), washer was not working but hosts kindly collected laundry and had it returned the next day at no extra cost ( several times during stay). Great communication. Nice area right on a green space with jogging paths yet only 5-10 mins to downtown (depending on area and time of day) Would stay again.
