this is my second time checking in here at Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary Downtown.And ofcourse this is now my favorite hotel. Even though I am not with my family due to medical reason my family is really happy about the service,room evrything in this hotel. Easy to access.train station.We love to go on vacation and this Hitel will be my number 1 choice.

Dishes in room were no properly cleaned. pool deck had what i assume to be human blood and spit between recliners. had to walk around the perimeter of the building to enter because the doorbell on the entrance by temporary parking wasnt working. operation of the elevators was not clearly explain or labelled. not worth 200 dollars a night in the slightest
