Don’t expect a quiet and peaceful stay.
The hotel and staff was nice enough but the restaurant wasn’t great and left us both feeling fairly sick the rest of the night. Also there was a U14 kids hockey team staying there and they were beyond disruptive and rude running down the halls, banging on doors and being an overall nuisance and nothing was done about it. Overall the hotel could’ve been good but the stay was awful.

Have stayed at this property before, this was the first time I didn't feel super safe as a female travelling alone for work. Upon getting off the elevator on my designated floor, there were two male individuals just hanging out on the chairs, I'm assuming they were patrons of the hotel but they looked pretty questionable/hard-up and also didn't get up to get on the elevator. I scurried off into the direction of my room, and one of them proceeded to get up and watch what room I went into, and tried to wave me down. I should have called the front desk and asked for a room change, but I got into my room and promptly locked the door.

This hotel was in a great location and very nice. We went during the coldest time of the year and having a parkade was amazing! The staff at the restaurant attached to the hotel were very kind and the food was good. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable! Only issue was the amount of cold air coming in around the venting system to outside. It was freezing outdoors but you don't expect the air to be flowing in from the bottom of it. We decided not to move rooms because we had a bunch of stuff set up for our daughter, so we just stuffed blankets in there, however if it was just us we definitely would have asked to swap.

The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We received a complementary upgrade upon arrival, and they allowed us to check out 2 hours late, free of charge. Hotel is clean and amenities are nice. The only negative is the restaurant attached - not very clean, lots of drinks on the menu were unavailable, and the service was just okay.
