The moment we entered the property we noticed it was clean, bright and large area for waiting. The staff were friendly and accommodating, specially,Heidi (Front Desk) & Nieves (housekeeping) gave us alot of options to visit and inspired us to be back for stampede. Highly recommend!

I have an autistic son and he got into a little mischief at the hotel and when I advised one of your staff members YURI who was present he rolled his eyes at me and gave a little chuckle in disgust after I had informed him my son was autistic. I was disgusted and angry by his display. Surely if you are going to hire someone and they represent your company that they can show a little empathy and understanding and provide a little grace. I hope to never see this employee again when staying at your property.

The property is very convenient, very near to stores especially groceries, Tim Hortons, etc., parking lot is spacious, the staffs are very nice, easy to talk with. The room is very clean, and everything in the room is well fixed especially the beddings, towels are changed everyday.
