Decent place close to the saddeldome, city parking pad across the street or 30 dollars a night underground, so no matter what you are paying to park which kinda sucks but the building and room are good !

Second time staying here. It's a great brand new hotel in the downtown core. A little bit of a walk to the train station and not too many restaurants close by. There is a restaurant in the lobby but we haven't tried it out. Superstore is very close. It is close to a shelter so there is a large homeless population that could make some people feel uncomfortable walking around or parking on surface. Underground parking is available for $35/night which is way more expensive than other underground lots in downtown. The surface lot across the street is half the price. Fantastic new pool and hot tub felt much cleaner and well maintained than most hotels we've stayed in downtown. The whole hotel is clean and modern. The rooms air conditioning works great and was quiet, though it had a low of 68 degrees which is warmer than I prefer. It's a great hotel, well priced, and we'll stay here again.
