Nice room, complimentary bottled water, excellent breakfast (additional cost but well worth the price) great location, very friendly and accommodating staff. Noticed a small stain on the duvet and a few strands of hair in the bathroom, not ideal but not a big issue. Would absolutely stay again

The sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and uneven.

They want good rating with a card in the room that says that anything below 10 is like a 0. And with that, the room and everything was nice and clean, the only bad thing was the sofa bed, really uncomfortable and uneven. Sore back the next day. We paid for breakfast while booking the room as an extra cost, the email with the reservation said “continental breakfast included”. We were 4 people, when we checked in they gave us a coupon with breakfast valid for 2 people at a restaurant with menu, when we asked about it, that we paid for the 4 of us, they said because the reservation was done through Expedia they had no control to change anything! So, no continental breakfast for the 4 guests, we ended up paying again for it.

In definite need of an upgrade. The beds were uncomfortable, woke up sore. Our AC did not work and it felt like the heat was on instead. When we called the front desk for it to be turned down we were told that the other people in the hotel don’t want to be cold so they couldn’t touch it.

Loved that the area was quite and safe, we loved the food from the restaurant for breakfast and the staff where so friendly the pool was fantastic the kids loved it overall the stay was very enjoyable we will definitely be back in the future!

Nice hotel, it was the most economical this particular night. Clean rooms and bathroom. Parking little tough but overall would recommend for this area.

Breakfasts were fresh and locally sourced. Servers were friendly and attentive. Gym is basic Rooms were very nice but couldnt get the air to flow properly- it was quite cold.
